Returns & Exchanges

• Return Period: We accept returns of unworn bikinis with tags and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

• How to Request a Return or Exchange: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using Elta or another tracked shipping service.

• Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.

• Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order on our website.
